TERMS & REQUIREMENTS OF USE for LIMITED PROFESSIONAL USE LICENSE
Ztampf! Digiscraptistry is professional users friendly. Please kindly endeavor to operate within these requirements at all times.
LIMITED PROFESSIONAL USE LICENSE consists of any kind of redistribution of any items made using any “Images” created by Lie Fhung, be it sold and obtained from Ztampf.com or any other sites.
In order to use any Ztampf! products for this purpose, you will need to purchase the Limited License for Professional Use accordingly. Please read this document thoroughly.
The term LIMITED PROFESSIONAL USE LICENSE here does NOT grant you any permission in any way, shape or form to re-sell the “Images” created by Lie Fhung as is in any way, shape or form. Should you wish to use my “Images” for re-selling either as physical products (i.e. printed papers, stickers, etc.) or as digital products (i.e. as a CD collection, as part of a digital album software, etc.) please contact me directly for licensing possibilities.
1. Prior to ANY professional use, please contact me by e-mail to be added to my professional users database. Be prepared to indicate that you have read and agree to these professional terms of use. Be prepared to explain exactly how you wish to use my “Images” as well as providing your full name and website or business information, as applicable. I reserve the right to deny or discontinue professional authorization at any time.
2. Prior to ANY professional use, you must obtain the appropriate Professional Use License(s) which you can purchase at Studio Ztampf! in the Licenses sub-category under the Commercial Use section.
3. Credit to Ztampf.com must always be a part of your professional product. Add Ztampf.com by Lie Fhung to the back of a card, or printed layout or you may provide a list of credits to your customers as a part of your product (i.e. in the last page of an album), etc. This credit has to be clearly legible while it might be in small prints.
4. The final products received by your customers must be flattened as one single flat image, be it printed or digital. Providing a layered digital file or individual elements constitutes a violation of these terms and automatically voids your professional use agreement.
5. You are not allowed to create any kind of Quick Pages, Ensembles/Clusters, Templates, any kinds of Pre-Made products (greeting cards, calendars, bookmarks, wall art, etc.), or any other derivative products for sale.
6. Using my papers and elements to create a similar and/or derivative product is a violation of terms and copyright. For example, you may not use my digital papers to create other digital papers for sale.
7. The final products are to be sold to individuals only.
8. Projects involving mass production are not allowed. Advertising, brochures, posters, and/or any other printed or online use resulting in more than fifty thousands (50,000) viewings per project are not allowed. Special consideration may be given to non-profit projects. Additional charges for professional use will be decided on a case by case basis.

Examples of uses permitted under the Limited Professional Use License:
: using my “Images” to create custom scrapbooking pages or photo books for clients (scrap-for-hire projects), custom photographic items (greeting cards, fridge magnets, etc.) and such, provided that such items and/or other reproductions combine custom words and relevant clients’ photographs with the “Images”, are reproduced fewer than fifty thousands (50,000) copies in the aggregate and that proper credit to Lie Fhung of Ztampf.com is always given;
: on websites that you create for your clients as part of the website design, provided that the “Images” used are in 72 dpi at the maximum and that proper credit to Lie Fhung of Ztampf.com is always given;
: on online shops as part of the website design – be it yours or ones that you create for your clients, provided that the “Images” used are in 72 dpi at the maximum and that proper credit to Lie Fhung of Ztampf.com is always given;
: using my “Images” to create altered-things or decorative hand-crafted items for your own personal use or for selling as long as the total amount produced is less than five thousands (5,000) per calendar year and that proper credit to Lie Fhung of Ztampf.com is always given;
: using my “Images” to create custom decoration in an office, restaurant, public area, home, or store owned or rented by you or by a client for whom you render design services, provided that proper credit to Lie Fhung of Ztampf.com is given;
: in the artwork for product packaging, CD or DVD cover art, magazines, newspapers, books, eBooks, multi seat license electronic textbooks, book covers, textbooks, editorials provided that the manufacturing or print run of such CDs or DVDs, magazines, newspapers, etc. does not exceed fifty thousands (50,000) copies in the aggregate and that proper credit to Lie Fhung of Ztampf.com is given;
: in multimedia presentations and incorporated into film and video for broadcast use, and theatrical display only where the intended audience will consist of fewer than fifty thousands (50,000) viewers and that proper credit to Lie Fhung of Ztampf.com is given;

Applicable Standard Personal Use License Terms of Use
YOU MAY:
: use the “Images” for personal use as long as proper credit and a link back to me or my site is provided for any publication, whether in a gallery, forum, or print publications;
: use the “Images” for scrapbooking submissions and publications, provided that proper credit to Lie Fhung of Ztampf.com is always given;
: use and print out my “Images” for your paper layouts or card-making you might create for your own personal use or to give to your friends or family members as personal gifts;
: use and print out my “Images” to create altered-things or decorative hand-crafted items for your own personal use or to give to your friends or family members as personal gifts;
: adjust the “Images” in respect to color, size or by cropping and combining them. Credit is still required for any and all altered “Images” or portions thereof;
: use the “Images” on your personal website(s) as part of your website design i.e. in your blog’s header, provided that the resolution is 72dpi at the maximum and that proper credit to Lie Fhung of Ztampf.com is given;
: use the “Images” as toolbar skins and mobile phone “wallpaper” for your own personal use;
YOU MAY NOT:
: claim my “Images” as your own.
: alter my “Images” to create derivative works and then claim them as your own;
: turn my “Images” into tubes, stamps, or brushes and claim them as your own;
: share or redistribute my “Images” in any way, shape, or form – electronically, or print;
: share or redistribute any of my “Images” by providing access to such “Images” on shared disk drives, computer networks, intranets, email groups, newsgroups of any nature or otherwise.
: offer or redistribute my “Images” as part of a collection in CDs, DVDs, or any other format;
: create digital or printable templates/quickpages, sheet of tags, labels, stickers, alphas, stationery, etc. based on my “Images” – or use my “Images” as the basis for any individual or collection of physical or digital objects which you then offer for sale;
: create a digital or print greeting card line based on my “Images” – or use my “Images” as the basis for any individual or collection of physical or digital objects which you then offer for sale;
: use any “Images” (in whole or in part) as a trademark, logo or an element thereof;
: produce or otherwise create for resale or distribution, printed reproductions of any “Images” on canvas, paper or any other medium unless expressly permitted by this agreement;
: use any “Images” together with pornographic, defamatory, racist or otherwise unlawful or immoral content or in such a manner that it infringes upon any third party’s trademark or intellectual property.
