"Up until 8 months ago the word 'dare' was not in my vocabulary. Paralized by anxiety and low self-esteem I have never done the things I want to do, acted the way I want to act or even looked the way I want to look. But ever since I made the decision to require more of myself, like an onion, the layers of all these years are slowly starting to peel away. The weight is coming off, I am learning to like the way I look and this is giving me the confidence to be the person I have never dared to be."
