I've been dying to play with the patriotic papers in Fhung's ArtNOW paper pack. I love the folk art look of them. Copy reads (with apologies to my Arizona friends): When my grandfather was diagnosed with tuberculosis back in the 1940s, he was sent to Arizona to recuperate. Soon he returned home, saying, I would rather die in Kentucky than live in
Arizona. Any Kentuckian will understand. There‘s something about this place that binds you
to the land, connects you with the soil.
