The background paper is made by printing the swirls from Balinesia ARTiStrokes onto a vellum paper, trimmed with Fiskar decorative edge scissors. The dried flower is from Pearl Art & Craft Supply Shop in the US.

I printed the photo separately, then mounted with KOLO Photo Corners and glue tape.
