Lai See, Hong Bao, Red Packet. Who doesn’t want some?

Now, some lucky kiddos will receive an extra special Hong Bao with their face on it this Chinese New Year! I made these quickly using Ztampf! Year of The Horse HongBao Set, available from http://shop.scrapbookgraphics.com/Year-Of-The-Horse-HongBao.html:
